What we have here is a 1966 Pontiac GTO Convertible Restoration Project. Someone has started to replace required components; it has a new gas tank and fuel pump as well as fuel lines. The engine rebuild and teardown was started as the pistons and connecting rods – which are in good condition – are out of the engine. This car needs a complete makeover body, top, mechanical, brakes and everything; however, overall, this car is a restoration project that will make a great starting point for its new owner.
